Finally a couple of pics of my newest addition 55 merc montclair barn find, parked in '75 , excuse the dirt please, it's a pretty nice car under it all

 

and while i'm at it and had it out in the sun the '52 , still has flathead and mer-o-matic

 

I know im late and im not in the year requirements, but i have a '72 mercury monterey. Ill support you guys in spirit and be jealous of all the nice cars .
Mercury has one of the best looking line of cars ever.. I take that back, they have THE best looking cars.

Spotlights and Cadi Sombrero hubcaps installed. She's done on the outside. I'm just going to finish the interior, and clean up a few things that don't have anything to do with visuals and that's it. Glassguy already did all of the stuff I like when he built it.

So,I went to the Brian Setzer X-mas Concert last night. Parked my Merc in the lobby of the Gibson Theatre and went back stage. Hung out for a while then we went to our seats. One the first songs he played was
"49 Mercury Blues". I had never heard it! I was blown away!!!!! I think he wrote that song just for me,hahaha!
listen to the words...."chopped top,slammed down,49 Mercury Blues...","Broke down on the side of the road..." Sounds like my eveday life,haha!
