I don't understand what the parts are for(late model VW stuff), but he gives blow-by-blow how to do casting at home and fitting parts with next to nothing for tools. Anodizing on page 6 too!

Thanks for a great link, very interesting well done tech lesson. Festool makes some really great power tools, spent 6 months with a metal cutting circular saw and 4x8 sheets of marine bronze.
