    Watch out here it comes.

This months Hot Rod provides a link tho the Jalopy Journal/HAMB in a large two page spread, covering The HAMB Drags at Mo-Kan Dragway pages 12/13.

I know a few members cars have been popping up in the mag over the years (Flying Brian/ The supercharged Hudson /Fred Cossell,s T/ and others I'm forgetting) and seeing the alliance tags on the cars seemed like
our little secret, but now I feels like the cat is out of the bag.

I'm just a newbie (#105957) but in the short time I've been here nearly
60,000 others have joined. Thats like 3000 a month!

Is this good to be 'linked" from Hot Rod?

Uhhh. Fellas. More people read this site in a week than hot rod sells magazines in a month.

That's how I found this site a few years ago. One of the HR editors mentioned it in a piece. Glad he did.

  8. I stumbled across this site because I was looking for info on my car. I thought twice about signing up then a friend mentioned it the same day. That did it for me. Now the problem is I cant stay away.

I can't see how anything that helps to bring in revenue can be bad in any way!

Some think it's like Punk Rock.....you have to abandon what you like when it gets hot.

Yea, we should get it back to basics, ban everyone over member #1500...

One of the things that got me in here for good was one of the mags back in 01 or so mentioning it....

As for press in mags, look at rod and culture sometime, and see how many cars have a HAMB connection

It may bring in a few new members to the HAMB with some info to share, that's always a good thing.
