All the pearl whites looked yellow next to the blue paint, and believe me I went on a serious search. I found ONE white that was cool and bright enough to look white in the car. It's a marine vinyl that they stock at Fabric Depot in Phoenix and of course it was the very first white I picked out months ago.

That was HOT ROD in 2008. It's been a lot of work since then, but I really wanted to see this one finished!

My office is going to smell like a tire shop until Thursday when I get these mounted. Tires are DiamondBack Radials Michelin MX with a 3" Wide White and the beauty bar that bumps out the whitewall at the outer edge. They don't have any lettering on them either, should look really nice!

11/18 for Goodguys it will be complete enough to show, but I am going to go back and add A/C, air gauges, etc in the future.

It's Groundhog Day for the Kaiser right now. I'm using all my vacation time at work to get the car done, but I'm putting it to good use with 12-16 hour days.

    New shoes!

I'm glad we did the carpet on the bottom of the door panels, it really ties it together.

Back seat area is done. I had to take the rear of the headliner down to fix some detail stuff and make the door panels and fillers on the sides of the seat.

I installed stops so the windows can't be rolled down too far and glued fuzzy velcro around the inside of the window frames for the glass to ride on.

Windshield is almost done, just have to do the chrome on the bottom.

I love these front buckets. Even though they are from a 65 T-Bird, they could only go in this car now.

Enough chit chat, there's work to be done.
