I wrote a thread that explains it, and there are a few others on here. Buy a rebuild kit off of ebay that has bearings and seals. Cut the tab off the bottom to make it flat across the bottom so it can sit flat on the intake. You should buy new end plates to have larger bearing bosses. You will need a drive for your application, pullies, belt, belt tensioner, intake, and carb adaptor. You will need low compression, a NON-HEI distributor, maybe a special harmonic balancer or hub. You should cut another keyway in your crank for the balancer. add in your carb linkage, the 2 carbs and you have at least $1000 into your system. Thats if you dont need to get your blower rebuilt or machined by a shop. Find a compression calculator for your motor and findout what you have now, then that will tell you how much boost you can pump into your motor without making a piston grenade. Boost effectively makes your spark happen earlier or faster depending on how much boost. The more boost the earlier the spark. The problem happens when the spark gets too early and shocks the piston before it reaches TDC and too much of this will make a very bad day for you.

here is a good one, there are differences of oppinion on some things like if you should reuse the shims under the gears or to machine the gear to change the timming.

for the plugs, look for a passage that would send oil into your motor or not allow air to escape the blower. make sure to put your seals in the correct direction or you will get oil into your motor... I found that out the hard way.
