So sorry for your loss and know how you are feeling. Lost mine to cancer 9 years ago and my life has never been the same since. I too was lucky to find "the one" . Take it an hour ,a day,or whatever you can handle ,time is the answer wont ever be right but will get to the point where you will remember all the happy times . Yours like mine will be forever in your heart and with you. Mine is the first thing I say good morning to and the last thing I tell goodnite. I now have terminal bladder cancer that has spread to my lungs ,so hopefully when my journey is over I will be with her again. Thats what keeps me going now. Don't know what can be said but I am really sorry for your loss. But I agree with Saxman about not making any big decisions right now and also about sharing some stories about Cris. I can say that when my dad died it always cheered us up when we would sit around telling some memories about him.

Mike, My wife & I also have a special love, even after 46 years together. I can't imagine the pain and lonliness you are going through right now. We are both praying for you.
So so sorry for your loss. I've known and loved my wife since the ninth grade and we've been married for forty years. She has battled Breast Cancer and is fine now but I was scared as hell for a few years. I can't imagine what your going through right now but please know that what ever you do you had her for a wonderful happy amount of time and reach a level of togetherness few do, it's hard to realize now but you are a lucky man. Cherish her memory and the time you had together and make your decisions slowly. Positive thoughts sent your way with tears in my heart for you.

So sorry for your loss. I couldn't imagine going through what you are going through right now. Even though my wife and I have only been together 20 yrs I couldn't imagine losing her and don't know what I would do if I did. Our prayers are with you.
