Customs Maybe Dangerous Territory...Cars that benefit very little from Customizing?

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Centurion9, Nov 6, 2011.

  1. I ran across some files on my computer today that just slayed me in that I thought they looked great as they came from the Factory and really gained very little from customizing. Don't get me wrong...I'm an old guy that thinks just about everything NEEDS to be modified and I've been at this for well over 50 years. Are there some cars that seem to be able to stand alone for you? There have been a couple similar threads, but this one is for cars that kill you just as they are......Here is one that expresses what I'm trying to say.......

I have to believe early Rivs are HAMB friendly.

I was referring to '66-'70 and '71-'73. Not HAMB-friendly but very nice looking cars from the factory.

  9. Definitely the early Rivs, tri-fives, and these little gems...

  11. these, all they need is a bit of an altitude adjustment and to lose a few emblems and they're about perfect IMO
