    Killer shots Dan....

  2. Great show guys. Everyone of you has inspired me, keep 'em coming!

Neal, the stripes are looking good.
    Bo, I dig it!
GaryC, to wild, very cool. If I could drive it, I'd never say, "Jane, stop this crazy thing..."
    Janne, wow!
    Bob, nice sot, cool plane.
Dan, great shots. I love that 'Vette. That is exactly how Id hot rod one but bone stock in that color/stock steel wheels/poverty caps with a dual quad set up is on my top 10 list.
Also like the '60 Buick, too cool.

    Spoggie, cool design.

    Everyone else, thanks!

Great panel Mark! Can't wait to see it at our auction, should bring a good price. It will definitely pay for a family to stay in a Ronald McDonald House for several nights. Thanks, rj

Well I have not contributed in a few weeks, and last week I was sick, but here is a new one for the FAS.

  12. Some very talented people on this board.

My first "Friday Art Show" contributions. Just a series of shots made with a 1953 Zeiss TLR at the 2011 Hot Rod Reunion as seen in a previous thread. Sorry if you've already seen them...

Sorry if i misled anyone, but I just repainted it.
The sculpt was friggin great but the flo green just slapped over it was sad.
The pics don't do it justice, like I said the sculpt was great and a series of dark washes over a new base coat really brought out the artists work.

    Haven't participated in a while, but here's something HAMB-friendly:

Marc Maron is a comedian who does a great podcast, WTFpod.com. I did a couple of different sketches, but he wanted a "classic" (his words!) Coop hot rod/monster poster. If you are familiar with his comedy, the Plymouth Fury makes perfect sense.

Turned out awesome Bernie, so what was my prize for guessing right on facebook?

  28. Something very different and very OT... a 'barn find' so to speak,...
I came across the storyboard I created for my 1st student film dating back
to 1990. I had to work a car into the thing somehow.
I hate the character design on "Fred" but, old drawings are great tools
for determining growth. I hope I've grown some as an artist as I entered
that school in Valencia with '0' practical art schooling. Character development
and story telling were the reason I went into animation to begin with...

The rest of the board is really lousy and dull so not worth sharing

  29. By the way, These two entries are very very nice renderings!

  30. Del, CooP, Bernie,... great stuff from all of youz, too!
