x2. i put it on the night before the 1st hamb drags 'cause it's the rule. never needed it either. it's only a guess on my part, but i believe that if you keep the low pressure cap that it'll never blow down.

I painted it 10 yrs ago in my garage. Color is Sikkens Derwent Green with 12 coats of clear coat.

how many of you use down and forward springs? I see a lot of dropped f100s and the wheel well spacing looks fine. Is it really needed?

 

I insalled a Volare IFS. Don't care for leaf springs & king pins...With a Volare...adjust the bars to set the ride height.

I've got a dropped axle & stock springs. You can see it in my '54 album.

 

Living here in Reno, alot of stores sell dice. I bought a handfull then drilled & threaded them. I cut the shifter a bit then drilled & installed a set screw.
