Yep, saw it. Rode it. Admired it. It's bad ass! Lot's of torque! Good friend, and fellow Salvagerz C.C. member Kenny built it. He's here on the HAMB too, under Kenny P. I've been going on that site for years, very cool stuff there. Love anything custom, just as long as it's quality from design to execution. I got the idea for Twini two years ago when building the Loppy Rocket for the first Florida Billetproof Drags. Read all about it here, http://www.oldminibikes.com/forum/general-minibike-talk/33356-twin-engine-driveline.html. I started building it last summer, but got burnt while building it, and my 55 Chevy Bel Air Wagon at the same time. The 55 took priority, so the Twini has sadly been sitting idle waiting for my ass to finish it. I'm psych'd to get back on it. It's been a fun project. Lot's of fab work on every aspect of that bike. Build pics can be seen here, http://www.flickr.com/photos/11727936@N02/sets/72157624591415240/.
Spent the last couple of months building this v-twin mini bike for the Billetproof Florida Drags while my Lincoln sat..... Went 52 in the 1/8th with lots of power to spare! Fun stuff!!
Nice! Nice wood work has always been like black magic to me. Everything I have ever tried to make from wood comes out looking like something Charlie Brown built for a class project. You should see the "gate" I built for my deck.
Took this....... And made it go fast! Next project?.....Make it faster! Sold this awhile ago, I miss riding T-A-L-L, so the next project will be another Tallbike. Thought I'd share another TALL build, still ride this one quite often.......
My '71 Torino daily driver - I repainted it 2 years ago with mixed results, and it's been bashed into several times since then. It's getting stripped and redone correctly this winter, not to mention headers and duals and the headlights relayed. My brother and I were talking about building a turbo setup for it's stock 302. My '94 Impala's project is to sell it or put it away for winter. Probably repaint the bumpers if it doesn't sell.
Too many "side projects" to think about... Motorcycles, mini bikes, go karts, 100 year old bungalow and a full time live in girlfriend... Easily the most time consuming project of all!!!
Just done this one. And doing this now And just making a start on this Whilst trying to train this LT.
Thought you said "sidecar" projects. Wanna change the Velarox for the Bingham. Making Bubba cupholders for fun and profit.
sweet! When I was doing my machinist training, one of our class projects was making new brass injector nozzles for this big ol' IH bulldozer the heavy duty mechanics were restoring. Had a little gas powered pup to start it. A real monster.
