My little girl Stephanie, was rollin with me this weekend promoting our race at the first "Classic Derby" car show at Turf Paradise.

Afterwards I took her out to a industrial area close to my neighborhood and let her practice burnouts and holeshots, she will be running the 49 at our next race......... Good Luck Guys......

Guys, Take note of our flyer...Enter Jomax Rd Gate...That's everybody, racers, spectators, car show, vendors, sponsors.
Jomax gate has been widened to three booths, so it should go well entering that way.
Spectator parking is still past the quarter mile scoreboards, not in the pit area, but our car show entryis free with gen. admission ticket. (hint, hint)

What's the Minibike Drags count looking like so far?

From what I hear the 1/8th Mile Flag Drop lane is going to be pretty full.....

 

I should have my new mini ready.... might even have the F-100 ready.

 

I will be there and ready to meet and greet!!! Stop by the H.A.M.B. hospitality pop up and say HI!

 

"Southwest Nostalgia Drags" is not going to be scared off by the weather reports, we're moving forward with the show, we all know how the rain is here in the Arizona Desert, it can be raining on one side of town and dry as a bone on the other. I would hate to stay home only to regret it later.........Hope to see you all at the track...Spike

With the weather looking the way it does, and my son's work schedule change (he starts the 4pm-4am shift today), I think I'm gonna bail....sorry!

Spike just called me to let me know the track is wet and with the predicted weather, they are cancelling the race today. Its rescheduled for December 4th.

 

Hey gang! It's 6:07 AM and I just got off the phone with Spike... Looks like the rain wins this round. Everthing has been rescheduled for December 4. Sorry about that, but fun will be had on that day!
