Only 3 more days til we leave ! I haven't been this excited since got that email telling me I had a long lost rich relative in Nigeria who left me 5.9 Million ! Who knew?? Got the final details done on my 27 this week, had the radiator redone because it had a small leak and I didn't want to get disqualified or spill water on the track. Did I mention how excited I am? Just got the new motor running this morning. 292 .030 over, new forged pistons set at 10.8 to 1, new fisher damper. Out front of the subdivision it pulled real hard for 100 yards until the trans gave it up. Son of a b!&$#

Twins just opens the doors for triples... But you still gotta get a torq-a-vertor to make them work at the top end.
Trips? Hmmm, you been peeking ; ) With your experience does the Torq-A-Vertor pull all the way down the track and/or through the finish line? I know with proper gearing, a clutch based driveline will. The goal with either set-up is to be maxed out right at or before the end. Good stuff!
Today is Saturday............that means tomorrow is SUNDAY !!!!!!!!!! How does tech work up there, after you pay at the gate do you go straight to tech or unload then drive over to that area? Don
Pay, and drive through and find a spot to park, then unload and drive the car up to the tower for tech, and registration up in the tower. It's all laid back and easy going!
We are all loaded up and ready for a sweet cruise to Lakeland in the morning. After thrashing to fix a bad head gasket, my truck will finally get to go racing. The weather is supposed to be perfect! Can't wait to see everyone there.
