i went this morning with my dad. was a little chilly but had a really good time. This is becoming one of my favorite shows to attend. Lots of nice cars, friendly people, lots of stuff to look at in swap area, great laid back small town show.
That it was. Larry I started to call you a couple times but as soon as I'd pull out my phone someone would start talking to me and get me sidetracked.
Good idea although after the fact now. I saw some HAMB membership tags on firewalls but I never saw the people who owned the cars. There are a lot of cars to see and many things to do that keep us all busy away from our cars! Maybe next year?
Skrtchsr.....where were ya? didn't see you all weekend. hozem396......that pink 50 chevy used to be mine, but if you look at my pics, it was never pink when I owned it!
punpkin run was a blast. Great turn out. I know everyone that attended had a great time. Wish i could have hooked up with some hambers that were there. Would love to get a section for just the guys and gals on the hamb but i think they have about run out of room. We need window stickers like nsra and goodguys so we can recognize all of the cars owned by everyone connected to the hamb.WHAT DOES EVERYBODY THINK ABOUT WINDOW STICKERS? i will pm Ryan and see what he thinks as this is his site... I love this site..larry
Here's a few of the more appropriate ones I took. I was lucky enough to do the awards for the Falcon meet so I hung out there alot during the day. Good bunch of people.
proud to say my little merc was a winner in the "top 50 awards"..this show is one for everybody to get to next year. The very best show in this area. Be there next year!!!!!!! I was told car count was around the 2500 mark..
Saturday morning they announce 2417 entrants on that rainy, chilly Friday but Saturdays count was low. Sunday was the busiest Sunday I've seen in 23 years of going there. A guy lost out on the give away car 'cause his car would not start. What a bad run of luck for him but lucky for the girl that did win it.
Thanks John B. Neither me or my cars are rarely referred to as "appropriate" so you made my day!! - Zac Zipperian
