Its a great show with good music ( and no I won't be smashing anyone in the pit this year...dragoons!!) hell...all you can eat tacos is worth the price of admission!

Looks like a fun get together, too bad I can't make it, maybe another year. Gotta say that little Bowtie RP/U is about as sweet as they get! Bein' as most of us got our own thoughts on how to build 'em, I'd venture it's not that often we see one we'd be happy to drive off in and be content not to change one damn thing! That little truck makes my my shortlist in that category! He got it just right the first time!

 

Really lookin forward to yet another killer show by the Swanx!! The weather will be perfect, and all the hot rods and kustoms will make this a top notch Saturday!!! I'd suggest arriving early. It was alot of great cars last year and got kinda packed!!!

The Finley Merc!!!!

 

I don't know if it would still be the Fimley Merc after all the rework that went into it! rechopped with a new back window,finished body paint and interior,grille...windows and even doorhandles instead of vice grips! Maybe the Struven coupe now!

 

Never the less..It is now a legendary NorCal kustom!!

 

Ha HA when the dash isn't red I'll start calling it the Stuven special

 

Who's this Stuven person you speak of?

 

Stuven is a common expression in the mountains of northern Italy. It is used to describe the way of eating a rich, hearty mix of soups that are devoured between Saturday and Monday the last weekend of February each year!

 

Sadly, Our good friends Stigma 13 wont be able to play our show. Max Ballesteros (pictured above) recently got a new job, and due to a schedule change and because he is the "new guy" he cant get Saturday off.

The Deadbeats, fresh from their gig at the NorCal KnockOut with Swedens Mike Barbwire, have stepped in to fill the void!

 

Well doesn't that suck!!! More from last year. Max rocking out!!!!!

 

The Deadbeats won't dissappoint anyone! It'll be a killer show for sure, car and music wise!

 

I saw one of the trophys, and man it's slick!

 

If your lucky you might even get to meet "da mayor"

 

Had a great time at the Swanx Fall Fiasco yesterday. Great weather and some really great cars. Especially dug the '57 Ranchero, and the black '32 roadster with a really healthy sounding flathead.
Great music by Rocketship Rocketship, and loud heavy instro surf from The Deadbeats.
Gearhead Magazine sold kick ass tee's and records.
This years Swanx tee's was awesome too.
Had some killer tacos, and a killer time.
