As some know I posted last week about impala Bob talking money out of our account W/O asking and they did repay most of the money . Today I got a box in the mail from them with all new pans for my olds with a letter saying sorry no fee, !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wow Thanks guys

 

Sometimes accidents happen. There are still a few honest people out there that will make things right. Funny thing is, most of them are HAMBers!

 

thats very cool accidents happens and they handled it well not too many companys or people those days will take responsibly for there mistakes
