You need to change your 'profile' occupation to "Hot Rod Builder;' you're definitely not a loser! Nice job

Read this whole thread start to present, was impressed with your tanacity. You have done this all and will now finally get to enjoy it! My 20 yr old nephew has a similar 29 rpu build going, He's new to this kind of a build, but as you have,he's learning daily.
Congrats on your build, enjoy it as ya drive!

Congrats!!!!!! I've been looking in on this build for some time. I've always liked your practical approach to getting this built, and the inline power, also. ;)

I dig the Stude, too, BTW.

    Later, Kinky6

  10. Congratulations Lauren! I didn't realize you had it out yesterday! Did you just roll it down to the park or did it make the run?

    HUGE accomplishment!

you did good. i enjoy this build.. read it all the way through and was very fun to watch you learn and build... congrats. and i smiled when you got a tune up for a gift. heh.. not many women would want such i fear.. :D at any rate, keep at it.. and i agree that band saw looked a little sketchy, im always paranoid about using my band saw an make sure i have the roller guide bearing part half inch or so above whatever im working.. sucked when blades break when you have it wide open.. heh.. even tho, iv never hurt my self with a power tool ( well i guess thats not totally true few summers back i was grinder with a 4" body grinder and blacked out when i came too my jaw was broken and my ear was cut in half from the damn body grinder and the cement floor.. but i not hurt my self using a power tool while being awake :D ) last week i cut my finger in half using a damn kitchen knife.. i guess i should stay out of the kitchen.. rock on.
