I was helping hang the artwork in the gallery when these arrived. Killer work! Should be a great show. Thanks for contributing!

    Great painting Ruben! Real fine!
Mr. Norwell top notch as usual!

Enjoying the show again this week.

This is a piece I did as a commission.
My pal Jason down in San Diego asked me to do this for his son's B-day.
The little guy must be about 7 years old.
Never too earlier to expose them to the classics.

Mixed media on wood panel 12x16.

Here is a present I did for my buddy's kid. All he thinks about is cars I think. He will definetely have a hot rod when hes able to drive. Just turned three. I painted up this large pail with one-shot for him to store all his hotwheels in. The lettering is copper and silver leaf. He loved it! I had a blast painting this one. The other is my artwork making it to tshirt status! I collaborated with singlefinger speedshop to make this T. I think it turned out great. Hope you enjoy, Nate Grice

With all the killer talent it is intimidating to post here. This is watercolor and ink on an envelope of a friend's truck on his birthday card. I have titled it "Whoa!" as that is what every boy says when he sees the truck, LoL.

  25. Cool show, cool to see after a shitty arvo shift stacking junk mail. Rude? Sheesh.

I've got a few paintings in a rod run thread I posted earlier today. Rather than mess around (it's late, I'm tired), I'll give this link..

Next week I'll show 'rhapsody' finished. Too beat now.

Geese Ruben! What a great painting!!! Jeff, Dem Bones is Super Man!!! Todd. Wish I could get to that show and see them in person! Will you have prints of them at the Pileup?

Here's a drawing that I've been working on this week, with a couple of 39 customs...

    Thanks for the comments guys.

Jen.....really dig that helmet....definitely need to get my bike helmet all flaked and scalloped.

How big is that painting, Bernie? Really dig it.

    Love that truck, Gary.

Todd.....always a joy to check out your stuff....too wild, man.

DtroitDinosaur....excellent piece...love your mixed-media style. The Hirohata merc is certainly on my to do list.

JohnnyC - You should post more often! Love the cool, creative effects you used.
Ruben - I am a big fan, but this one is possibly a new highpoint of your already impressive portfolio.
Jen - that photo of the 57 tail fin is very nicely done, very cool!
57 Corvette Bob - very elegant and as usual, perfectly conceived and executed.
Gary C - too bad you can't make that gorgeous creation come to life - I would love to photograph it.
ToddJ - you crack me up! Very well done and fun!
Bomonster - I think all hot rod pictures should have UFOs in them. Really cool what you did with the combination.
Dutch Courage - your posters are always mind blowing. This one is really over the top! I would love to go to that event.
Jigger - great sketches, man! For that first one, you must have observed me driving at some point.
Jeff - you are so prolific and your poster and shirt artwork never disappoints. The second Rolling Bones image is so, so, so cool (or hot) Are shirts of that available?
kenmo - really cool and different. Probably the closest we will ever come to seeing a Tucker custom.
fortypickup - very elegant and understated.
DtroitDinosaur - I bet that really looks cool in real life - well done.
Tommy's Cycle - those shifter knobs are OUTRAGEOUS!!
Rayj53 - superb oil of that deserted 37 Chev - definitely keep those coming.
STRCOMP - that is one of the coolest photos I have seen in a long time.
Buick59 - perfectly illuminated and composed and beautiful as always!
Bill (Garrettero) - outstanding interpretation of the old, rusting Buick.
Lockwasher - another home run! The new owners must be thrilled.
Spoggie - that 37 Chevy with the skirts is really cool and so are your photos of it. The photos of the event really make me wish I would have been there.
Villalex - that computer model is inspired!
