    1. Most events with Nostalgia Drag Racing involved.
    2. Bonneville
    3. Pebble Beach

Yeah that's only 3 but # 1 could include at least 7 or 8 events. And I can't really say for sure about 2 & 3 but from what I hear they should be 1 & 2 on most peoples lists.

  11. Agree totally...Although not familiar with last one. Sounds Scary.

  12. My personal favorites in order"

    1. WCK's Santa Maria Cruisin' Nationals, the best kustoms spot
    2. Grand National Roadster Show, just miss having it up north
    3. Sacramento Autorama, it has been years since last time, but it was a great one
    4. Long Beach Motorama Showcase of Kustoms, want to make it this year
    5. LA Roadster Show, greatest swap meet and parking lot show
    6. Goodguys West Coast Nationals Pleasanton, too much to see in one day.

Detroit and Bonneville should be on the standard list, but have not done them.

  13. I hope that Meltdown Drags counts! It is my # 1, But I may be biased some. It will be on the others top ten soon.

Hunnert Car Pile Up (last one this year so you better go!)
    Lonestar Round Up
    Jalopy Showdown
Rumblers Show in Brooklyn (are they having that in 2012?)
    Symco Shakedown
    Greaserama
    Back to the 50s

and a lot more.....but those are the ones that I always like from past years.
Hope that Iron Invasion will be a must attend in years to come - there is gonna be a void in the Chicago area where the Pile Up was......

  15. Here are my Top

    1. Jalopy Showdown - Lattimore Valley Fairgrounds (Pa.), Speaks for itself!
    2. Hot Dogs and Hot Rods - Put on by my pops and is now going into it's 6th year. Started off as a small picnic (6/7 cars 10 guys) at the house and has grown into a invitation only picnic held at a local lodge with 40-50 cars and 70+people, small swap area, and lots of racing/Hot Rod memorabilia on display. Great day for family and friends.
    3. Rally In The Valley - Put on by the Street Lordz CC and is a great grass roots type show.
    4. Jalopy Drags - Vintage tin action put on by Scary Larry himself
    5. Steeltown Shakedown - Pittsburgh's premier Hot Rod and Rockabilly show
    6. Bud Garvey's Racing Museum Open House - Numerous old stock cars, sprint cars, and modifieds, with hundreds of hot rods in attendance and free homemade food!
    7. Cumberland Md. Street Rod Round-UP - Been going on forever and put on by good people in a great location
    8. York Dragway Reunion held at Beaver Springs - Haven't been there for a few years but always a great display
Tie 9. Gasser Reunion held at the Beaver and Pittsburgh International Dragway Reunion held at PRP.
    10. The random nights hanging out a buddies garage drinking a cold one, telling lies...

  16. Nothing like Fri and Sat nights on S Congress during Lonestar Roundup

BONNEVILLE. You get the whole spectrum. Rust buckets, really cool cars, really, really fast cars and the odd slow sidecar. After Bonneville everything else is dull.
