Neal's SUV conversion was genius and well executed. That dude get's my vote not only for that but because if he win's a $1000 gift certificate from Baleigh he'll continue to provide me and the rest of the HAMB community will more insightful ideas and tech threads.

Every post is great in my book. My vote is for something that anyone can do without having to have fabrication equipment and that a person might possibly need to build sometime. No, I didn't vote for myself.

  18. Neal's backseat in the RPU was an excellent, well executed idea, but in the end I voted for the tech I may actually use in the near future, the gas door behind the taillight.

They were all pretty good, but Neil gets my vote for craftiness & originality. At first I thought, "Where is he going with this?" But by the end, my jaw dropped.
It's not tech any-man can do, but it should win for the shear brilliance of the idea. A hideaway see in a RPU?!?

oh yeah and i voted with the mob on this one, it wasn't that the other posts were'nt great pieces of tech, it was just that the RPU to SUV post was so well written. good job, to everyone who contributed
