Happenings in K.C.

For about the next 2 months I am going to be in Kansas City durnig the week. Are there any car things that happen durning the week???

 

the last two weeks, were awesome for car shows. the only thing i know of coming up is the shriners swap meet in lees summit

 

Ottawa, KS next weekend, Sept 17/18 draws several hundred cars. Only 60 miles south of KC. Some cruises during the week and weekends. Belton, MO the fourth Saturday and Buffaloe Wild Wings near I-70 and 291 is Saturday nights also. The newspaper (KC Star) lists them also.

 

Mondays, Sonic in Overland Park 121st and Metcalf - cruise night
Wednesdays, Big Boy on 40 Highway in Independence - cruise night
2nd Wednesday of the month, 7th and Kansas in KCK - cruise night at McDonalds

If you are here Oct 8th, come to Raytown, 5500 Raytown Road for our annual Steve's Auto Customer Appreciation Day. Lots of food and non alcoholic things to drink and a free car show to enter or look at. Weather determines attendance but let's just say we have cooked and given away over 350 hot dogs each of the last two years.
