    Hey! Yes that was!

  7. Nice meeting you even for a brief moment. Too many folks to put a face to the internet name!

"Son, don't ride your bike behind the car when I am shooting!"

Man I saw your car a hundred times at bonneville. My jaw hit the salt every time. Unbelievable car, great job!

I don't want this tread ever to die, I look at that car again everytime someone leave a comment. There are only a few cars I would get rid of my '32 for, this is on the top of the list. Outstanding car.

There's been discussions on the HAMB about the definition of a "perfect hot rod" - this is it.

Well Bonsey, I have a great start to that dream car (33 3w) you've wanted and it could be had for that '32 ford you're driving? :D

Sorry I missed this! You are right. When I bought this coupe initially for an old boy who had it for 30+ years changed the front clip basically. He had been into hot rods all the way back in the 40's and said that's what they used to do to 33 is put 34 grilles and hoods because they looked better. That grille and hood have been on the car for a looooong time. Dash is 34 but I removed the 33 one because I could not bring myself to cut it up and put all these gauges in it. My good friend Ray Forbes helped me build the dash in my car. No title issues, just some preference issues back years and years ago.

Hey thanks for the nice comments! It took a lot of searching to find all patina'd parts like those on the engine. The Tattersfield speed stuff is my personal favorite! Now if I ca only find GOOD Tatterfield heads, all the ones iv seen or had have been cracked and warped.

Great photos of a cool 33 coupe

  24. kreepyrat? Are you lost? Strange. Looked at your profile and man are you confused. Into rats? Where do you guys come from? I don't see anyone of them copying anything. All are unique individual badass hotrods to the core. Seems like a half praise half sarcastic message to me. And who talks like that?

The ole flattie is coming out today for a rebuild and a McCullouch supercharger to be installed.

Great to see this thread resurface - I'm sure it will be even better with the supercharger.
What is the build in the background? Looks like an interesting frame. Any details?

It should be a nice addition! The McCullouch for a flathead you don't see too much. Can't wait to get it rebuilt and get the McCullouch put on and go! Oh and that's a kurtis 500 kk chassis.

Maybe it's just me but all of that salt on steel (I can hear the rust) gives me the heebee jeebee's.
