Bright Green paint, what color interior?

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by IanS, Sep 1, 2011.

  1. I would say mostly white with body color inserts and accents.

Or if you want one solid color, white, or a medium tan would look great.

Blue and green should never be seen unless in a washing machine

How about black or dark grey , with green thread stitching .

  8. Back in the day it would be RED and White! (rolled and pleated inserts) My cousin had a 33 chevy coupe Green with red & white interior. It was perfect.

  9. Silver and shiny metal !

I would use a dark green or tobacco.

  12. If you're shooting the exterior in green check out 1970 Cadillac NOTTINGHAM GREEN FIREMIST.
Of course it only works if you dump a WHITE interior into it.

Looking out my window... the shades of green seem to go best with a bark color. LOL. Taking that one set further, you might consider looking at images of flowers. I'd be willing to bet there are far more colors and hues that go with a bright green that you might realize or happen to have seen on a car - and that also won't automatically turn your ride gay in the process. Right now I'm thinking of soft white and a light yellow, like you see on some two-tone 50's rides. Gary
