My new ride! '55 Desoto Firedome

Nice! My buddy just got a 55 2 door hardtop that needs A LOT more work!

Original 291 hemi and 2 spd with 90,xxx original miles! Never rebuilt and sounds beautiful!

 

That car used to be in my neighborhood. I never understood why the guy didn't drive it more often, it seemed to be nice and reliable. My dad painted the steering wheel on it but it was pretty rough and I'm sure it's cracking by now.

Always VERY neat rides ! Need very little to be reliable, rare drivers. The Hemi is a PLUS !

The dash in these is unique, and the total package if a real find !

Pretty up the engine bay and interior and maybe paint the roof! And some baby moons if i can find some for the wheels...

 

She is very nice and reliable! Just took her 40 miles and back to the invasion car show!
