Well..I know this is an old one,but I finally had the time to put plates on my Inglese Coupe and take it for a drive. The engine pulls real strong and the car is really fun to drive now.The flathead is 296 cid and I'm going to put the blower on next summer.I have two sets of wheels for it.Going to paint the wires black, too.Probably ending up using the steelies. The car is going to be Texas Brown..this red paint was for checking the shape of things.

Hi Reefer. When I see the pics now....see what you mean and agree.Could have been some degrees foreward in the top.I was thinking of cutting it up and angle it some, but liked it so much the way it was,so I left it alone. It is not supposed to be a copy of an american coupe..its an english coupe...meant to be a little out of shape.
    Thanks for the comments,guys.

The roof is different but it works. The 36 is also beautiful. Great work and thanks for posting.

  19. Did the 32 ever get painted? My reinterpretation of your 36 is coming along slowly but surely. Whenever I need inspiration I revisit this thread.

Hi there Mr.Lowcoe.I ordered paint from TCP global in San Diego this spring, but they weren't so global after all.The paint was never shipped. So its still maroon, but I kind of like it this way.I can only paint in the middle of the summer as I do all the painting in the garage.Drove alot this summer with it until now.Workin on the woodie now when I have the time...at work for a couple of weeks right now.Thanks.

Well, based on what I've been reading here I have decided to scrap my idea of converting my "35 three window into a humpback sedan....
