I heard [from a four year old after seeing OZ on a globe] they have to use real sticky tires to prevent the cars from floating off into the clouds. He put a hot wheels car on OZ and it fell right off. Do they put suction cups or velcro on their shoes to keep folks from falling into the sky? I'll bet the traditonalists use suction cups!
And they cornered the world market for trackbite too. They have Govt workers who go out at night and spray the roads so the people dont fall off while going to and from the shops. Everythings up side down over there. In fact, last time I was there it hosed with rain & at the airport there were signs saying if we wasted water, we could be fined. It was so wet that OBFB wasnt able to race that weekend. Its called an Ozzy drought, I tell you.
It seems that the Nostalgia drags are still gunna run this week end, they have my entry fee and it's not refundable, so we're gunna run Saturday only for some test runs. I checked the entry list , not a lot of entries. I might be able to get a few passes in.

Sorry post seemed to send itself. Barry and I chased gremlins all day but we got the Flattie sorted later in the day. We managed to run a pb 14.117 at 92 mph. Pretty happy with progress and theres more left yet. Nigel.

Yes we will be at warwick, have booked a room for the Saturday night but can't seem to get anyone to reply for my entry, we've entred online so should be ok.
yeah i have rung them a couple of times and no anwser, i just did the same and entered all 3 cars on line for Warrick, looking forward to it
