    thanks bob, that is kinda what we were goin for! Except it was just in all of our heads we never saw any of those models we are too young, we were born 40 years too late!

    Here is a liitle more progress. We started wiring this weekend should be wrapped up by friday , then fire it up and work the bugs out then its off to upholestry.

    Absolutely elegant! This machine is headed for magazines! The color combinations (frame & Body) compliment one another so well, and the design of the bed and grill are just perfect! Holy Smokes! What a bitchen Hot Rod! HOME-RUN!!!

    Just keeps getting better! How about some detailed shots of the grille shell when you have time? It really compliments the truck so well!

    OK, I'm going to ask what may be a stupid question. This is the second time I have seen these finned backing plates for the brakes. Where do they come from? Are they compatable with the old Ford (1940) syle brakes?

    Unreel, looks like a little old school barris inspiration and the deuce coupe on the namesake beechboys album. paint is perfect and everything, wow!

    They come from wilson welding and machine in flower mound texas and yes i beleive they will work with '40 brakes call bob up they are an alliance vendor also i beleive , you can get the info on here. Thanks for all the great compliments about the truck, we are hittin' it hard for long beach!
