Been ther done that! I got to keep most of my toys as she was not the smartest blonde on the block. Believe me there is light at the end of the tunnel. Glad you still have the truck and when it is 60 or 70 years old its headlights will still be pointing straight out and the ex's will be dragging the ground!!!!!!!! Roll the window down the tunes up and the pedal to the floor and enjoy your freedom.
never make a legal contract with anyone who bleeds for 5 days in a row and does not die. that's all I got to say.
Do you own a wrist watch ?, and did you buy it for yourself ? (please reference post #23,...thank you)
Been there myself. The best advice I could give is to take things a day at a time, and to believe that things will get better ....because they will. John
Glad to see you kept your truck! My ex and her lawyer fought like hell for my Harley, newer truck, and all the equity in my house and land (there was alot). They did say I could keep my 70' Chevy truck (it was a farm beater). I had a good paper trail where all the money came from and what she had when she came into the marriage so I played the game for 8-months. After she got tired of seeing me run around and having a blast with a girl 10 years younger than her it all worked out. The lawyer want over my paperwork, told her she wasn't going to be able to get my S#$t so they settled. My "D" cost me $1500 to my lawyer, $4000 to my X, and she had to give back the $4000 engagment ring! The best part was when I told her and her bloodsucker lawyer "That was the best deal I ever got. 4years of cooking, cleaning, and sex for less than $1000 year!" Her attorney had to hold her back while I left the office, Justice served!
Uhh.............you're upset because you cant wear tight pants? Does your wife still allow you to attend your weekly Jazzercise class?
congrats on keeping the truck. I kept my cars, guns, the house and then hijacked her ex-BFF of a 1/4 century who just happens to be the lady who took her in after I kicked her out .
