I bought a new shaft and outer nuts from Kanter. I can seem to find the inner nuts that hold the shaft to the tower. Also I can not seem to get the inner nuts loose to remove the shaft. Is there a special tool or will a peg spanner work ( need to go get one ). If I end up cutting them out where can I get replacements, without fighting some out at a junk yard.

Perfect ...The inner nut was welded to the frame ( good reason it wouldn't turn )

    Thanks
