  4. Good to see Ryan and the German were able to fix the servers and to finally see the boards back up!

Johnny - you keep improving at an enormous pace - amazing stuff there!

Here's a design for a faux vintage metal sign for the participants at the upcoming 40th anniversary of Firebird Raceway's Nightfire Nationals on August 12th thru 14th 2011.

"Nightfire" or "Night Fire 500" as they originally named it is "the signature event of Firebird Raceway in western Idaho featuring three days and nights of nitro under the lights".

The objective was to give the artwork a 'vintage' 1970's look like if it dated all the way back to the early years of the Night Fire 500 race events. The car depicted is Jerry "The King" Ruth's Ford Mustang funny car of that era. The aging and distressing is an after-effect and was applied by the sign production company.

Here's another view of the Jerry Ruth Mustang Funny Car:

My latest T shirt. I used to visit Danceland back in the day and there was always a rod sitting in front. I saw Chuck Berry, Everly Bros and other top rockers there and will never forget it.

A couple from me. First one is a 1923 boardtracker, 16x20 in pencil. Second are some old White Rose Oil envelopes I arranged together and drew the white rose on. Needs a little something in the bottom corner too I think.
