The caps, the directonal wheels are just scrap aluminum, you are on a traditional hotrod and custom site....remember you asked.

  3. X2... the directional wheels scream street rod.

The "directionals" aren't working for that car.

Think again Freemont! Steelies with moons would be cool though.

  14. Neither, those billet wheels would make aw good place to roll up an air hose, that's about it. Paint the wheels black and find a baby moon or another nice hubcap.

Leave the directional things to the mullet Camaro guys. The caps look a lot better but it needs wide whites if you are going to keep that paint job.

I see high back modern seats, two tone paint with a decal double pinstripe, smoke tinted windows. It all says "Street Rod".
Neither of the wheels mentioned do anything for the car.
    What is the goal here?

This from a man with Batman hub caps :p

    hahahah JK!

Yeah I think the solid wheels look sexy and sleek on that car, giving it class. The mags make it look like you are a kid in High School in the 80's... and you may have been, LOL but this is 2011 and we can get rid of thinks like weird mags and 8-tracks :D

    BTW, that's a BITCHEN car.

Bias ply wide whites, steelies, and any "smooth" hubcap. Then get to work on de-streetrodding the rest of the car. I would go on about the rest but hey, you only asked about the wheels.. i guess I went OT with the tires :O

Neither set works IMO, but those aluminum ones? Kill them. Kill them with fire. Send them to the pit of fire where billet stuff that's been put on prewar cars belongs.

3"+ Bias Whitewalls, steelies, baby moons, maybe some trim rings.

Yeah dude you need to "Re-Do" the entire car. None of it works for me. But the good thing is that car has potential.
