A friend of mine asked my son and I to be involved in a music video in which he concieved and directed. The name of the band is called, Another Tangent and the song is Dusty Highway. It was also a way to immortilize my car. It was a blast. The car is a 1956 vette, 327, offy cross-ram w/600 dp(s), 4spd, and 4:56. What makes it even more special are the tires&rims. They are magnesium 10x15 rear & 4x15 front (lemans style). The tires are the original meats that were installed on the rims back in 1964. They seem to hold up well for 47 year old tires and rims. And yes, I did a burnout with them. http://youtu.be/BgWbaTfzM1o
The guy who made the video used some footage from several movies. Kinda fun to guess which movies. and thanks
I was there during filming of the Great Highway scenes. It's amazing how polished the final video came out, Paul did a helluva job. I wish I hadn't missed seeing the band at the Utah last weekend. Here are some pics from filming day at the "great".
