I prefer the extended catwalk, but I would consider adding another inch to it, to see how it looks. The C pillar still looks a bit "forced" even with it extended in your photoshop. Maybe another inch will make it better?

@ 1951 STreamliner- I taped the trim on first to make sure that it was what I wanted.... I have since permanetly removed the taped and attached the trim.

@MRJYNX- I plan on having all of the belt moldings, around front and back & around all windows.

I like picture # 2 with the extended cat.

  9. I'm jaded, I extended the catwalk on mine.:D

IMHO either way is better than tipping the window and adding the filler strip under the glass.

Thommyknocker when a chop is done right there is no space between the back window and beltline, without extending the catwalk

It,s up to you. You build a car for your self, it doesn't matter what any one else thinks, you've gotta drive it so you've gotta like it. But that's just my opinion.

i have always been a fan of the Sam F. chopped one, but his car never sat that low, some one photoshopped that pic of it on the ground, it sat with more of a 50's style stance...(something to take into consideration when comparing 'profiles'

^^^ Good point, I am not planning on bagging my car as of now, I like the stance the way it is....... I am going to see if I can't get the rear window photoshopped a lil further up and if I can I will post another pic. The SamF car has a wider than the one I have photoshopped in my pic......
