What's the best way to drain, the lube out of a rear end? In the past ,I have just got it good and warm, then drained it, and refilled it. Are there ways to 'flush'it out,to get it clean? Or would a solvent flush loosen up crud,to ruin the bearings? I don't want to ruin my rearend:D Thanks, Sparky

    I'm interested in this too.
So far, I've just been using a suction gun to get most of the old oil out and then pumping fresh back in.

I've noticed that it doesn't get all the old BLACK oil out though.

unless your geting pieces of metal in the oil your draining out i wouldn't worry about flushing it. it's not like an engine where you are getting carbon and who knows what else into the oil. i'd just drain it and refill it with fresh 90 wt and drive it. the oil you are probrably draining out is the original in most cases anyway.
