    Hi y'all:
In a mid-life crisis moment, I decided to buy my brother's long forgotten roadster project, a '26 T made from a touring shell with the back seat section cut off, sitting on a stock "A" frame, "A" front axle with '39 hydralics and split wishbones, 389 Pontiac with tri power and square tooth hydramatic. My hope is to retrograde the drivetrain with a flathead v-8, stick trans and early Ford rear end. I'm not thinkin' show car here, but a driver and true hot rod like it would have been in '50's. I'm actually pretty adept mechanically, and not my first project, but I lack knowledge of the specifics of what parts fit, work the best, and where to look for info and parts, and other helpful advise. Hopefully this place is a good source for this. And if nothing else, maybe make some friends and talk cars.

Welcome from a possible member of the mid-life crisis group. Sounds like a pretty nice drive train already.

    Cheers
