How about "Tire Fryer"? Or "Tire Friar"? The latter with a cartoon of a monk with a frying pan.

  8. Just thinking that it'd be kinda hard to make a bad-ass AWB Fury blend in with the crowd on a Saturday night, don't ya think!?!? Letter it up!!!

I had the same problem with my 49 truck. I wanted to put a name of a ficticious auto parts store on the door and didn't want it to be tied to my name or where we live just in case I ever do decide to sell it.

One man's opinion, but I wouldn't do anything that pointed out that it was a modern car done up in the 60's style. Keep on looking through the threads here like the "Drag cars in motion" or others from back in the day. You might see something that you like, or at least a lettering style or arrangement that works well. If I see or think of anything, you'll be the first to know! (BTW, FURY-US has been used to death around here! I like HELL-HATH-NO and when people ask, finish the sentence; Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!!! ALTERCATION is a close second!) I LIKE the car though!

  11. Back when this car was built, I believe that Chrysler's corporate HQ may have been in Highland Park, Michigan. Maybe it still is. Anyway, I'm sure you're familiar with the distinctive sound of a Mopar gear-reduction starter. Well in some circles that sound was referred to as the call of the "Highland Park Hummingbird". Kind of a long name, but it's a fairly long car. Might have to budget for a little more gold leaf though.

Also heard of Chrysler products being called "Grouchos" in reference to Chrysler's heavy sponsorship of the "You Bet Your Life" game show with Groucho Marx.
