I am looking on selling my charger and buying a 1959 Jaguar. I was wondering if anyone had info on where to find parts for one before I decide to buy it.
    Thanks
    Brandyn.

There are plenty of places to get parts for the old Jag, and a lot of them are not too bad on price either, depending on what it needs......

I've done a ton of business with XK's Unlimited, in Ca., but there are good suppliers all over the states....Classic in Ga, Terry's, Welch among others...

Just like this is the place for these cars, do a little looking around and join some Jag forums. I have an E-Type, but there are dedicated forums for the different Jag models too.

Good luck, and post up some pics if/when you get it!

I say this a lot - but in addition to google being your friend. Any recent copy of Hemmings has a ton of Jag resources - dealers, private parts sellers, literature, cars for sale, owners' clubs for virtually every model ever produced.

I love those old Jags....best of luck on your acquisition and further endeavors with the car

My favorite hotrod. Love the car, but it belongs elsewhere, not here pushing hodrod threads downwards.

If I do pick it up then I probably end up restoring it to like it just got off the assembly line. I really like the body style on the 59 Jags. Some day I would like to get a 2 door coupe on down the road.

I would never turn that car into a hot rod. I want to bring it back from the dead and drive it like it was in 1959.

Ha! I cut one of those up and am using it as a donor car for a hot rod. Cool motor (DOHC hemi six w/ sidedrafts and factory headers), four speed w/ auxilary overdrive, four wheel disc brakes, knock-off wire wheels, cool gauges, cantilevered leaf rear suspension...etc

I can't cut up a car. I just enjoy them how they are. I might throw something else under the hood but otherwise the rest of the car wouldn't change

So, not to be an ass or anything, but why are you posting this on a traditional hot rod site and pushing hot rod topics down the page?
