    If the house was autographed the price would be $800,010!
    At least that's what he get for an autograph now!

    It has more than likely been overcome by aliens, that is why he moved out. If you know very much about Garlits you will get this.........

    Yeah, maybe hot-rod dude is right, maybe there are a few "swamp rats" lingering on the grounds... And with Don's strong belief in UFOs, its possible that extraterrestrial life forms still have the house under observation... But in all seriousness, it is a nice house, price seems kinda steep for the current marketplace...

    Actually the house is really dated. Very low roof and ceilings, typical '60's Florida ranch. It needs some work to update it. $800K is about $400 too much. The house to the east of it (right of it in the picture above) is a new McMansion and really shows how old the Garlits house is.
