If you have any vintage photos of the car I would love to have scans to add to my website. When you are ready to restore it I have plenty of restoration parts available to get it back to original.

Anybody know who might have made this. It has a cast iron steering wheel with a spark advance lever. The front tires, I believe are original. The bird hood ornament is aluminum I believe. I broke the frame as a kid and my dad came up with the plywood repair using wagon rear wheels. I have looked all my hotrodding life and never have seen one like it. It has looked like this since the 50s I did my first flame job on the other side at the age of 14-ish using model paint.:D

My seven month old son's Murray Comet. I'm in the process of converting it to a stroller, but making everything attach to the original holes in the body so I can convert it back to a peddle car when he gets bigger. It will end up getting a green/cream Watson style panel job on it, but my son likes ringing the bell, so it is staying a firetruck for a little longer.

Here is one a guy I worked for built. Cool as hell but not quite the flawless metal worked piece it was advertised to be. More of a nice looking "sculpture" if you will yet it was still one my favorite things done there.

Picked this book up awhile back. You use a kids Kettle car as a base to make the white car on the cover. There is instructions to make a moon vehicle where you use parts of 5 gallon pails as wheels (front axle peddles and rear wheels steer) and the green pickup on the cover you peddle and steer the front axle.
