Drove the 56 GMC NAPCO truck to the Drive-In theatre tonight for the movie Cars 2.

The kids, and some adults, really got a kick out of it. Especially after the movie was over, they were all exclaiming "hey, there's Mater"

Close enough to give them a thrill

Movie kinda sucked and I have to agree that the subplot was a bit political, IMHO.

Hey Bobwop those are cool pieces of history, an old guy I know (94 this year) has got one in a 57 Chevy that he bought new and drove it several times all the way to northern British Columbia hunting clear into the late 60's. The only thing non-original is the engine... he swapped out the inline 6 for a 283 some time in the 60's, he lovingly calls it "High Pockets"...very cool indeed, love those old 4 wheeler's.:)

  6. what size tires on this truck ???

Very cool Bob. I love the old Napcos and Marmon-Herringtons. Great old trucks.

  10. Awesome truck Bob! Were getting together tonight to cruise to an old theatre in a small town to see the movie and have a small car show. I hope were not dissapointed in the movie.

I've got a hand crank wrecker unit that would look perfect in that truck. Not for sale but I would loan it to you just so you could be "cool."
