So sorry to hear of your loss. Just by the intro you posted, it is clear that youre a class act and hopefully this place can be of some comfort to you in your down time.
32 years ago, I was seventeen, my brother was 14... I pray you can resolve your feelings, maybe get the help I never availed myself of.

Bob, please except my condolences. I feel your pain, my own son who was 22 also took his own life. It's been 3 and half years now. I wish I could tell you it get easier with time. What has helped me was to forgive him for what he has done, it took me 2 and half years to do so, but it has helped me. I'll be praying for you and your family. Rich
this is terrible. this guy was posting just a week ago. It makes you feel hopeless as a parent not knowing it was coming. My deepest sympathies for you and your family.

Bob and Chris, There are not enough words to fully express my sorrow. Know that you are not alone in this new reality and as others have suggested seek out help to learn how to cope. I lost my 21 year old daughter to suicide just three short years ago. While the pain may not ever be gone, thanks to the help of a survivors support group and a grief counsellor my wife and I are once again moving forward one day at a time. Len.
My heart goes out to you and your family, on the loss of your son. May he rest in peace! I had a childhood friend of mine (years ago), who suffered from manic depression. He took his life as well, at age 28. No one saw it coming. I hope you and your family find peace. It may take awhile, but that's expected. God bless!
So very sad. I recently lost a friend, Eric Doran in a traffic accident and reading this hurts. I can't imagine loosing a child. Be strong and lean on those close to you.
