Hot Rod happenings in Chicago???

I have to go to Chicago (NW side) for work the week of July 18-21. Are there any good Hot Rod type stops / events in the evenings during this time? Weekly cruise-ins? Shops?

The southwest side has something going on every day,where on the northside are you going to be?

That would be a a bit of a ride to the southside,just south of Midway airport. But there is something going on down here everyday if your interested,I have no idea whats going on up there.
