Event Coverage Good Guys Rhinebeck

Heard the commercial on the radio. Anyone going June 24,25,26? I have a wedding on the 25th. But I will be going either the 24th or 26th.

I'm there for the weekend,I like this show alot.

 

I like Good Guys shows never been to Rhinebeck . But been to Charlotte , Indy, and Columbus several times . How many cars are usually there?

 

Mayor, the average turnout is about 1600 I believe. Great show and location. We always make it a 4 day weekend -stay over the river in Kingston.

 

Is there much of a swap meet?

 

The swap meet is kinda small, but the venue is awesome, we're taking the roadster up for the first time, also staying across the river in Kingston.

 

I'll be there as usual all weekend....one of my favorite shows!
It's a great ride out and back through the hills of CT and NY. I'll be towing my Scotty camper behind the '37 and campin on-site...you can't beat the campin deal either.

I will say that the swap meet IS kind of small compared to a show like Charlotte, but they always have the coolest stuff. I always go home with something. The car corral is usually pretty big though...

 

The weather looks real bad,thats bad for the car count.

My son & I will be there with our way off topic pro street 39 Willys sedan. I'll be helping out with the Hudson Valley Street Rods. Been a member of that club for almost 20 years event though I now live in So. Jersey (used to live in Poughkeepsie) Don't let the easter egg car scare you away. The kid wants to bring it cause it's fast. Plus it's a lot easier to take to a car show than the gasser. At least we can drive it back to the hotel. We're staying at the Beekman Arms. Looking forward to a fun weekend.

 

I'd like to go, but don't have too much available time this weekend... just some on Sat AM. Do you think there will be a bunch of cars there early Sat? Thanks

 

I will be there saturday for a day trip,I have learned not to look at the weather for this event.
No matter the date it will rain at some point like it has every year,sometimes a shower and other times a day washout.Either way its a good event wet or dry.

 

Can anyone remember the last time the weather was great for all 3 days of the show? I believe that the date was moved from the fall to the summer in hopes of better weather.
