Help Needed

I ve seen threads on how to put a straight axle on a 55, but i have never seen a thread on how to put a i beam axle under one. How would i pull it off? is it more or less the same? Any help would be appreciated.

An I-beam axle is a straight axle. same thing.

 

Jace, the main principal would be to photograph a Ford F- truck as it appears to you in a face shot . Note the placement of the trailing arms and where they are welded onto the frame rails. Note the Spring tower placements . These are "KEY " to an "I " Beam suspension ! If these arent perfectly square, the chance of finding an alignment shop able to get things coordinated are nill.
