One of the guys my father went to high school with in the '60's had a '56 210 with a Buick Nailhead, same guy later had a Chevy II with a big block Mopar. Hey- didn't Ed Roth have a Ford FE powered '55 Chevy? (Or was it a Y-block...) I seem to remember reading Ford sent some extra engines to him, and he ended up using the '55's original mill in the ill-fated Orbitron.

    Steve, that pic rules!!!

I like chevys just as much as any other engine provided they're well dressed and done well. Not sure why everyone has such a hatred for them, they're really a "traditional" staple hot rod engine. But I digress...

  25. How about a Cadillac in the back of a 37 Plymouth Pickup?
My buddy Gary Sheckler built this truck a few years ago, and you will see it at Billetproof Northwest in a couple of weeks.

Everything I have is Mopar powered. I like being different...

I want to someday build an old GMC or Chevy with a Cadillac or Olds BB.
