Saturday evening hot rod drags at E-Town return for 2011!
Four big dates this year including one 1/4 mile event!
May 21
June 11
July 23 At the 1/4 mile track! Day one of our Nostalgia themed weekend including Sunday's Nostalgia Summernationals and Funny Car Reunion.
August 27

It's all about old school cool........ street rods, kustoms, street freaks, straight axles, and American motorcycles (pre '65 of course).
Cruise to the track, hang out and show your ride, or drag it out on the strip!
It's a very laid back, no pressure, fun way to spend a Saturday evening with friends and family. Get this....twelve bucks not only gets you in but that also includes your tech card!

Yep, that's the local ordinance for Friday and Saturday. This topic has been beaten to death for the last 15 years. We are used to it,and work very successfully around it.

I'm surprised this thread isn't hotter, it's a good event. Alot of the Jersey guys bitch that theres not alot of good rod events around but when there is one no one wants to leave the house. WTF ?

 

I went last year and had a good time with my 65 Fairlane. OK this year ???

I'll be there with a gasser.. This is a great event. Cars, beer, food, music.. and put your car on the track as many times as you want.. All for, I think, a 12 buck entry fee

 

Yep, 12 bucks.Some guy sent me an email today and actually complained the $12 was too much! Probably wanted free beer too!

Weather its 12 15 or 20 id still come but why an off number everything ive ever ran I choose 5 10 or 20 just to keep the change simple. But thats just my 25cents

Cant wait for this show, I had a great time last year and I didnt even bring my car. Im getting my car race ready now, Ill be looking forward to making alot of passes down the 1/8 mile track. Hope a bunch of my Long Island buddies can make it.
