Roadster envolved in Fatal crash

    I just saw on the news that the driver of a 30's roadster was in a fatal crash in Thousand Oaks

    im a firefighter here in thousand oaks and responded on that call. The couple was headed to santa maria for the show coming from newport beach. The driver was killed on impact but the passenger is ok and being treated at the local hospital. My thoughts and prayers go out to the families and friends of the couple. Be safe out there freeways are crazy!!

    Heading this a.m. For WKC 30th year run. I am sure we will hear who it was. Such a bummer.

    Black primered looked like Model A roadster, red steelies. pretty mangled. First thing I saw on the news this morning. Sad news...

    I saw this on the news right before I left for work. Ratbone's discription of car is what I saw as well. Looked like it had been rear ended by a white work truck.
