  5. Glad to see you're getting something done. Mine's sitting and rotting so I know what it like not to get anything done. If I can't get mine going at least I'm glad you can get something done on yours. Keep hitting at it so you can go cruise that thing. Looking good so far.

Very cool thread. Although I have a '49 Chrysler and '50 DeSoto CLUB coupe (no sportsman) I am following this thread like crazy to get some inspiration and to see how mods look on similar cars. Keep up the nice work!

  14. I love how this build is going - few pauses for life - but steady progress. I never thought chopping a Plym would turn out as good as yours did - gives me hop and inspiration that (one day...after I hit the lottery), I might similarly alter Big Blue. Keep after it!

looken good! did you do the upholstery yourself? i think it was you w/ a c10 were you did your seats w/ zodiac, nice.
On the last pic the driveshaft tunnel is stock, do you need/plan on rising that too?

  16. thanks everybody!. bonez i did own the c-10 with the zodiac. it actually just left for australia lastnight. i didn't do the upholstry on either car. for this car one of my club mates is doing it tho. and it's his second set of seats he has ever done. the tunnel is raised under the back seat and over the trans. i'll snap some pics of that soon.

  17. and i am spent for the day..

Freakin cool car, the chop looks awesome and I dig the color!

  20. ok since the last post i have plumbed and wired the air system. installed the front shocks, vented the mustang tank and installed the filler. what's left you ask? i need to make the other tailight (not sure why but i am stalling pretty bad), rear shocks, cotter pins on the front wheels and fix the trans leak. not to bad when it's on paper!

best looking plymouth i have seen in a long time

  27. ok here we go. turned out i wired and plumbed the bags completely wrong. so i re did it. the bags are way to fast and i hate them when i get home from santa maria i will redo them. here are some pics from today!and i totally will own that the body work looks like shit. i have owned this car for five years i need to drive it!the little guy is my new helper he is six and just decided a week a go he loves helping me maybe it will stick. and if it does watch out. at six years old he is way more detail oriented than i am at 35!
