I've met Pete, but not Poppy, Louise or Amelia!!! 'sup??

Great names though. People with character do this kind of stuff... my Harley was named "Buffy" when I bought her. Can't take credit for that!

  4. I KEEP my cars, I don't sell. I build, I don't sell.

And I name my cars too. Do you have the "car life", or does 'it' have you?

Car, truck, Jeep. Healthcare professionals hold out giving human names to inanimate objects as a potential warning sign.

This has been "Bessy" ever since I can remember. That's me in the yellow shirt. The truck is, and has been, torn apart for a rebuild. It'll get finished some day.

"Snatch", it was always ending up on a snatch rope being towed home (1st "hot rod"), now just "the '53" for latest project.

"Betty" is what we dubbed our plym and everyone knows the car as Betty. Dont know how the name started but one day i just said she looks like a 'Betty" to me. Betty was also the lady who notorized the sale of the car on Dec 12 1950 in Kansas City, MO to her first owner....and so...she's "Betty"

O K first , Mabellene , a 1953 Ford Panel delivery I restored years ago when I lived in Ft Worth . Yes , it's lived up to the song Mabellene by Chuck Berry in every way.
