TCI/Walton 4-link

    Hi,

    Just installed the Walton/TCI 4-link kit on my chevy 53.
    Seems like the axle is sitting further back the the stock one. The "arms" of the 4-link are as short as they get in the attached picture.
    Do you guys think this looks strange? Anybody have any experience with this kit?

    How long are the bars right now(center to center)? If memory serves me well they should be around 21"

    They are around 21"....
    If anyone is using this kit, please post a similar pic of the tire location.

    I spoke with Todd and he said your kit was an as delivered piece from TCI. I'd suggest sending a couple pics and description of the problem to [email protected]

    I would think you would center the rear end before welding the mounting brackets. Am I missing something here?
