Ya Old Farts think you know your cars, Do Ya ?

I got 98%, we never used hood ornaments anyhow.

 

The only ones I weren't sure about were the Lincoln hood ornament and didn't know how to tell the difference between the Willys Aero King and the Henry J. However I guessed right on all the above and made 100%. Long live old farts! LOL

I got 100%, first I answered the ones I knew then looked at the others real good and gave it my best shot. I'd rather be lucky than good any day. JC

Yes, the Mercs were tricky...I got them sorted out by the toothed side scoop on the '54.
(Many Barris cars in the 'Little Pages' mentioned those '54 Merc scoop 'teeth'!)

The Lincoln & DeSoto hood ornaments were easy for me...I recalled them as a kid. The Lincoln with its armored 'helmet'...I recalled it to be the first thing I would have shaved off; but I would have kept it on my Mom's mantle!
It was a good test.
